This year’s theme, “Your Story, Your Power,” highlights the strength, influence, and leadership of women across the field. The event will feature breakfast and networking opportunities, exhibitors, a roundtable discussion, and a keynote address – all designed to motivate, connect, and inspire women to succeed in our industry.

MEET THE KEYNOTE SPEAKER

Judaline Cassidy, Founder, Tools & Tiaras Judaline Cassidy is a union plumber, tradeswoman, and speaker. Born and raised in Trinidad and Tobago, she moved to the U.S. in 1989 and became one of the first women accepted into Plumbers Local 371 in Staten Island. In 2017, she founded Tools & Tiaras Inc., a nonprofit focused on introducing girls to skilled trades. Her mission is expose, inspire, and mentor the next generation of girls and women –  proving that power tools aren’t just for boys and that they, too, can break barriers and build their dreams.
